Material Selection

Materials are selected according to the design, required appearance, target market, performance requirements and customer specifications.

Sample Development

Where required, a sample is developed so the product can be reviewed for shape, size, fit, materials, color, stitching, hardware and finishing.

Cutting

Materials are prepared and cut according to the approved patterns and product specifications. Precision here helps maintain consistency throughout production.

Stitching & Assembly

Components are assembled and stitched with attention to stitch quality, alignment, seams, handles, straps, linings, closures and overall appearance.

Finishing

Finished products undergo the required finishing processes to achieve the desired appearance and presentation.

Quality Control

Products are inspected against agreed requirements — material appearance, stitching, construction, hardware, sole attachment, dimensions and finish.

Packing & Dispatch

Approved products are packed according to customer requirements and prepared for dispatch.
